Research interest:
I am interested in highlight the function of the bacterial community present in Attine fungus gardens regarding the ant-fungus symbiosis. Particularly, the main goal of my research is to compare the metabolic potential of the bacterial microbiome from two different fungiculture systems practiced by attine ants.
