Research interests:

My work comprehends taxonomy, systematics, ecology, and evolution of fungi. I am interested to understand how the phenotypic characters these organisms changed across time and how these changes influenced their lifestyle, in a host-parasite relationship model. My ongoing project is focused on the taxonomy and systematics of Hypocreaceae fungi (Escovopsis and Trichoderma) associated with the fungus garden of fungus-farming ants.
